Each piece of art has a story.

Sometimes it is a tale of human experience remembered, other times, revelation of a common truth we share. Color, shape, design and materials used tell the story far better than words.

Together words and art stories can pierce your soul or lift your spirit.

My art has always been a spiritual experience for me. I look at my world through the lens of our ultimate creator, the God who created color, shape, light and dark, soft or textured,serence or chaotic. My tools help describe each piece I make.

Our Natural world provides my inspiration. Mixed media combinations of watercolor, acrylic, paper, wood, stone, glass, fabric combine to take the viewer deeper into the possibilities of understanding life through my lens.

I hold an undergraduate degree in fine art/concentration in fiber and metal. Extensive work in papermaking, fiber arts, acrylics and mixed media.
