My photography has evolved over the past 20 years, from shooting “anything”, to shooting horses and horse events, pow wows, landscapes and wildlife. Along the way I discovered how to create composite images (the combination of two or more elements from different images to create a new image) which gives me an opportunity to bring out the hidden “magic” in a scene.
Several years ago I began my own journey into the world and magic of infra-red. Infra-red photography is a different way of seeing everyday things and places. Post-processing is an important part of the never-ending journey into the ethereal and sometimes surreal world of the invisible. These days my focus is mainly on old farms and barns in the surrounding area where I live.
